Please allow 2 working days for your thresholds to be made and dispatched.

Delivery Charge

For thresholds under 1.5m in length, delivery to UK mainland is £10 per order. For thresholds under 2m in length, delivery to UK mainland is £25 per order. For thresholds over 2m in length, delivery to UK mainland is £50 per order.

Returns

Unfortunately for manufactured items where the specification has been issued by the customer we cannot offer a refund unless the item is defective or the dimensions are incorrect. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the unlikely event you wish to return any other items please contact us first so we can arrange for the item to be collected.
